after numerous delays I asked for a refund and asked them not to ship the wig. They shipped it anyway saying :we shipped the wig now you have to accept it." they are still stonewalling and refusing to give me a refund.

they also said in an email "Returning it will waste the time both of you and us, and if we do not receive the wig, we will not refund you. I will appreciate it if you can think twice and think our advice over.

They have offered me $10 to keep a wig that I have told them is the wrong style they are not responsive at all. I cannot recommend this company and advise all to not do business with them
