After wrangling my bank and PayPal, PayPal is forcing them to refund my full amount. Be persistent. It will pay off

Ordered a wig to cover hair loss from radiation. They advertised full lace front, NOT.

The color I ordered is nothing close to the wig I received. The style is NOTHING resembling what they sent. They refuse to refund me saying this a "custom, hand-tied" wig. If this is hand-tied, I'll eat a horse ...

raw. "Daisy" their CSR offered a 10% discount off my next order. Right. Next order?

Maybe in my next life. They do not disclose they ship from China. There is no dealing with them.

PayPal also is protecting them and refusing to assist in a refund. I will do everything I can to get my money back and this "doll hair" monstrosity sent back to them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wigsis Synthetic Wig.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
