I paid for a certain style of wig. They sent an entirely different style.

I asked for exchange from what they sent (that I did NOT order) for the style I did order. At first, they agreed IF I paid return shipping. I agreed. Then they wanted me to keep wig I did NOT order and did NOT want for 10% "compensation".

That went to 18%. I asked in every single email for the address where I could return the wig. When I got it, I took it out of the box, put on wig stand and took photos. Put back in box, awaiting address to return it.

This has been going on for a few weeks now. Every time they write, they say something different. This is the absolute worse company with which I have ever had the misfortune to deal. I think THEY think that because they are overseas (Singapore?

somewhere in China) that they are immune from normal business practices. Remember, I NEVER asked for my money back -- just an exchange from what they sent to the style I originally paid for.
