I received my wig in wrong color, cut and I swear there were mites in the wig. I took it out of the back and immediately felt bites on my hand and arm.

I've been emailing them for weeks since I received the week and they refuse to refund my money of $159.00. Everyday they tell me that they could on refund $10.00, then $25.00 trying to get away with not refunding me the entire amount of my purchase. They will not give me an address where to return with return label. They keep insisting that I try it and that I can cut and dye it to whatever I like because it's human hair.

This wig is a mess and they keep giving me the go around! I wish I had seen the bad reviews before purchasing!!!
