I am 82 years old with advanced colon cancer. I have gone through six months of chemotherapy that failed.

When I heard I would lose my hair, I jumped on the first website that looked like what I wanted. Within minutes, I changed my mind and their website said they were "processing". They refused to refund my money. I desperately need the $160 for prescriptions and transportation.

PayPal apparently has the policy "buyer beware". When I read all the reviews I was appalled that they would still be in business and I begged to get my money back but they refused.

They offered me another wig at a higher price--why would I want another wig when I need the money?? DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or you will ultimately regret it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customers service, Not being able to cancel immediately.
