I ordered 'polite blonde' Jan. 25th.
I rec. a wig today that is NOT the wig I ordered. It came by DHL express, because I emailed them on Tues. saying I expected it to arrive within the next 3 days.
Lo and behold, here it is. 3 days later. There was no return slip, no address to send it back. It came from Singapore, so no wonder it took so long to get it.
I am taking it to the Post Office to see how I can return by the label on the package. I also emailed Wigsis and told them I will contact the Attorney General of Ohio if I don't get satisfaction soon.
