I ordered a wig from Wigsis. First of all, it took forever to get it and then when I received, it didn't look anything like the picture on the website.

The return policy states "At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority." It states to contact them for a return address within 7 days of receipt. I contacted them immediately as instructed and went back and forth with the customer service person several times.

They refused to send me a return address.

I am out $110 dollars and it is so frustrating that companies are allowed to false advertise. Had I known the product could not be returned, I would have never ordered from them.
