I ordered a wig December 20 said it would be shipped by January 5 or 7th . Was shipped out on the 10th.

I had already emailed ahead of time and told them if it wasn't shipped by the 7th y o just do a refund due y o I was ggoing to wear at my daughter's wedding. They emailed back and said it would leave out the 7th . I emailed on the 8th and asked for a completed refund they just ignored and said hope I enjoy the wig . Re pieced the wig wrong color horrible made wig .

So I emailed and told them I needed a refund on the make and color they told me to try it on and see if I couldn't make it work lol. I sent them a copy of there return policy and it states you can not try on if so no refund . They sent back and offered me 20 percent off next order . They refuse to let me return .

I hope everyone stops and reads all of the reviews like I should have done before hand .
