Resolved: No confirmation of purchase from Wigsis
- Purchased wig AUG24586 on Wigsis site.
- Paid via PayPal, the payment went to a different company.
- No purchase confirmation or reply from Wigsis.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Product to arrive within 7 days. Stay vigilant.

The payment was made to a totally different company. I never received any confirmation of purchase from Wigsis.
I tried to track my purchase on 2/4/26 and 2/10/26. Wigsis has never responded to me.

Absolutely horrible
- Returns are accepted and aim for satisfaction.
- I received a wig not like the chosen style and can't reach support.
I’ve had no response. There is no available phone number.
There is a form to submit on their web site. I’ ‘ve tried that twice. I’ve sent multiple emails. I asked my credit card company if they have a phone number.
It is a foreign number. I am in the process of stopping payment with my credit card company.
First, their site says they accept returns. Their goal is total satisfaction.
I received a wig that was nothing like the style I chose. I wanted to return it. Their customer service is non-existent. There is no phone number available, just an e-mail address.
I have no address to return it. They just don't respond.

Frustrated that I have had NO customer service to date.
- Request return authorization and shipping label for two wigs.
- No paperwork; TA260103C6044 and another not found; seek direct Wigsis contact.
Stay away
I just want a return authorization and/or a return shipping label so I can send these two wigs back. I don't want to go through a third party with an offensive name.
Why am I not hearing directly from Wigsis? Beginning to think I've been scammed. I want to return 1-SKU hfnb337, Avg and 1-SKU HW1073, Avg. There was absolutely no paperwork included with the delivery.
One order was TA260103C6044 and the other I have no record of.
I am copying this response to prove my efforts to return these products. I am hoping there will be no further delay!

Unnatural look, too highly priced

need info on order number TA260209C1551 on your form it stated the wig I ordered would ship within 15 to 20 working days. our last contact i was told would be shipped with in a week. I need someone to contact me on this matter for I'am becoming concerned.

The wig does not fit or look anything like the photo.

I was so excited to receive the wig. But as soon as I tried it on, my excitement turned into disappointment.
I tried to style it like the photo and it laid so flat and heavy. The reason I purchased this style is because it was how I've always wanted my short hair to look as it got longer... Instead it looked like my hair when it grows in which is why the style in the photo was so appealing.
The photo looked light and airy with cropped layers. I am on a fixed income and can't afford frequent haircuts so I had hoped the wig would help me to have more time in between cuts.

Colors are not for me
- I received a wig I didn't need; it's dark.
- I didn't order a wig and it was too red.
- I was charged for two wigs.
- I need a return address.
I received a wig that was not what I needed The color was too dark. A few days later I received another wig(that I didn't order).
That one was too red. I was charged for two wigs that I can't wear. I would like to return both of them..
I require an address for that to happen. Please respond.

I want to return 2 wigs that are the wrong color,but there is no response from the Wigsis company.

I ordered 2 wigs(at separate times) from Wigsis. The colors are not correct for me.
I reached out to Wigsis through e-mails but have NO response. They are in original condition and in their original
packaging. They need to be returned and refunded.
There is no address available for returning and Wigsis is stated nothing is returned without their permission. Maybe someone can help me with this.

I ordered a wig from WigSis and when I received it, it looked nothing like what I saw on the internet. It is not human hair, it is not auburn colored, but orange and it does not fit my head. I will return it to the address on the package, but I have requested my money back I have received no reply to my request
