I ordered a wig on 09-25-24 and when I received it on 10-15-24 it was totally different than what I ordered.

When I tried to comb it, the wig is matted, it's beyond tangling.

It supposed to be a full lace wig which you can part freely according to the pictures and description. This is called Bait and Switch and False Advertising.

This company don't want to give me a Prepaid shipping label to return because they say it's not their policy to pay for Return.

The policy should be voided if you didn't receive the right wig.

I paid 175.12 and to return is 92.18 to USPS. Buyer Beware

I requested an exchange and we agreed to exchange the wig. I paid to return the wig and a $20 exchange fee.

After that, they asked me for more money to exchange the wig.

All I want is what I paid for. They keep asking me for more money.

I wanted to return the wig because the style and color was not what I expected. I was told to send a picture of the with the tag.

I did that and never heard anything from them. I never received the address to send it to.

I had a hairdresser to dye it, it would not take. She said that it was synthetic since it would not take.

I want to know how to return this cheap wig! It wasn't even what I ordered.

I want my money back.

Please send me a return address ASAP. Don't.

I would like a refund and would like to cancel my order for the wig I ordered last month, in November. I thought it was a one-piece wig, a whole wig, but instead, I found out it's seven pieces. I do not want it.

This company is based in China and are taking money from customers and not supplying the items ordered or displayed on their website. I was sent a synthetic wig, which cost $170.

Retuned the wig, Wigsis sent a different wig still synthetic and not the wig I ordered. Ive chalked it up to a loss

The wig you sent me was awful.I have being trying to return it since I received it which was also very late received

Just had to go back and forth wanting to return the wig and they wanted to give me a discount so finally just took the discount they did not want me to return the wig for a refund

I've been trying to find away to send a wig back that I don't want. The no.

The lady I spoke to told me they had a chat line. I still didn't get a address or phone number.

I ordered the auburn curly long Beyonce wig on November 27,2024. On December 30 I opened the box with great anticipation only to find a blonde wig!

Who is so colored blinded or unwise to do this to your first time customer, Dr. Mary? I am requesting my full refund and see no further reason why I should patronize your company in the future.

Please provide the address so that I may ship UPS ASAP. I expect my refund expeditiously ( QUICK AND EFFICIENT)

I want to return a wig and there is no way to do it. I called a number that was another co.

I was told that there was no number. I could use a chat line.

I received this wig and it is not what i ordered. It is in the box, tags attached and never worn.

I must return it, please provide return address and any instructions.

I need a cancellation confirmation for the above order and an immediate refund of $356.00. I cancelled the order less than 24 hours later, and they still debited my account and refused to confirm the cancellation.

I keep geting email that my item can't be delivered. why why why gsgsgsggggsggsggsgsgsgysytyyysysysyysyyyyygyysysysysysiiisisisisisisisiiisisisisisisisisisisisssssiiiiisiisiisiisisisiisiisiisisiissisisiiisisisisisiisisisisisisisisisisis an't deliver emails.
