WIGSIS IS AWFUL. I ordered a product that could not have been farther from the product in the picture.
I paid $117 they offered to refund me $17 or I could buy another product at a discounted rate because it would cost them too much to send it back, even though their website displays full refunds within 30 days. I could not be more disappointed with a company. What a joke. $17 out of $117 BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE?
Absolutely unacceptable. After weeks of arguing with them through email to try and resolve the manner professionally, I give up. They are only concerned with the cost of returning the product. They have repeatedly tried to convinced me it is a beautiful wig and it's a best seller......My thoughts on that.
It's irrelevant.....It isn't the product I ordered, is the most important thing. Secondly, beautiful or not (which it is not) I HAVE NO USE FOR IT.
