I ordered a wig, paid the $75 plus shipping. What I received was the wrong color (it looked nothing like the photo of the color) and the wrong style.

I tried it on to see if it would work anyway, but I was dissatisfied with the product. I immediately emailed to request a refund and to return the item. After several emails telling me to try it on, or to take photos of it to send to her, it became clear that I could not return the wig. The correspondence was form emails with my info typed in.

The last email offered me 20% off my next purchase. Ridiculous !! Avoid this company !! Ultimately this company does NOT offer returns at all.

Beware and do not waste your time and money.

If I had the means I would pursue a lawsuit against this so-called company. I am eating the loss, but felt the need to warn others to avoid the same mistake I made.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wigsis Synthetic Wig.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $79.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
