On January 20 ordered and paid for two wigs because I am undergoing Chemotherapy and am loosing my hair. Other than promptly taking my money, I heard nothing further from them.

After a couple of weeks, I contacted them and they told me via email that the wigs would be ready and shipped by February 13th and I would be provided a tracking number. When I was not I again contacted them on 2/16 and was told they were in their distribution department and it could take some time before they were scanned and shipped. I asked them to refund my money and they have ignored that request.

I am going to my bank. This is obviously a fraud matter.
