Ordered wig in January 2018 after I read the return policy. It stated email them within 14 days after receiving & they would give directions on how to return.

After emailing several times they finally replied. The first reply said they were sorry I didn't like the wig but nothing about returning it. Next one said to send them a picture of the wig & a picture of the tag, so I sent 2 pictures. Another email stated for $35 they would make me a new wig!

Another email stated if I wanted to return the wig it would cost $30-$35 because it would have to be sent over seas!

I wish I had checked the company out better and I wouldn't have this problem now. If you haven't already ordered,don't!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Return policy, Issues were not resolved just dismissed, Do not have customer satisfaction only their satisfaction, This company is a scam, This company was poor in service and product.
