Ordered a human hair $200 wig. It was synthetic and completely fried!

Broken all over and extremely damaged on ends. Asked for refund within 2 hours of it being deliveref to my door. Canned replys and run around for days asking me to send them another $100.0 so they can make me a new one? Seriously??

Last offer was a $40.00 refund along with shipment of original wig back to China. I have filed a claim with PayPay my credit card company and the BBB. Please join me in filing a class action law suit against this scam operation and lets shut these horrible people down!

("Molly" and "Daisy") unless you dont mind paying $200.00 for a dollar store Halloween wig! Absolutely disgusting business and products.

6 months UPDATE I actually mailed their garbage back to them and once it was received, they said I should’ve received my credit already and proceeded to show me a FAKE screenshot. These people have perfected the art of SCAM They know more about scamming than they do about wigs.

What I’m trying to get across is that THIS IS NOT A WIG STORE, IT IS AN ILLEGAL SCAM OPERATION.

Unfortunately the United States has no regulations over what China does to American conserms. Sorry to say, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM WIGSIS.

Awesome! The more people we can get to do this, the faster they will lose their ability to rob us!

I’m still holding out for a full refund. I will gladly return if they send a pre-paid shipping label like any other legit company does.

They have until March 3rd. Let’s shut these scammers down!

I too am getting the same response. I see that the BBB has 20 complaints filed against them and 5 negative reviews.

I see on the Internet on other complaint sites, there are 312 complaints against them.

They want me to pay to have the wig returned, yet they are the scammers, not me. I refuse to pay a fee to return the wig.

I file a claim with PayPal, and Wigsis still keeps trying to make a deal with me via my private E-mail and I have informed that it is now in PayPals hand.

My deal is this. Complete refund, and you pay the shipping on the return wig.

Now of course they don't want the wig back, thus the high return fee.

They know the wig is junk.

I will fight this to the end. I refuse to pay one cent to them.

I would like to be part of this CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. Please let me know where I can sign up.

Wigsis does not supply a return address until AFTER the qualifying date of return. They have offered less than half the refund and expect me to pay for shipping to China.

I put the wig back into the box and haven’t even looked at it since the day it arrived ( let alone think about wearing it...I would not feel comfortable even going to get the mail in this thing. I will continue to wait for a full refund. As the sole provider for six people, I don’t have money to throw out the window. Please do not settle with them.

They are making at least $100.00 off of everyone who does that. And what do you get in return? Aggravation, frustration and an unusable piece of garbage.

Please report this company to the Federal Trade Commission like I did. They need to be shut down.

I too received a bad wig. Ordered wig stands never got them wig was suppose to b real hair and was not.

They suggested I gift it to some one. I wish I had read reviews first.
