I never write reviews, but I can't let others get ripped off like I did. You will NOT get what you ordered and then they will refuse to let you return it!

I have been going back and forth with them for FOUR months and they refuse to give me a return shipping address. I spent $150 with them and what they sent was a complete joke! They are running a sham and cheating people out of their money. Customer service is a joke...there is obviously a language barrier...and no one will give me any information on how to return what I was sent.

I am just so disappointed and upset.

I am on social security and saved for 4 months to buy this wig and it isn't suitable for wear. Just a horrible experience!!!

Pictures of what I ordered and what I received (my daughter wearing it because she thought it was A JOKE).

I ordered a topper on 8/7/18 through Amazon, and it still has not arrived and it is 9/13/18 !! The good thing about going through Amazon, is they will refund your money. Also, you can notify your credit card company about the order you had a problem with, and they will handle it.
