After several weeks, my wig arrived from the Wigsis distributer in China. Nothing about it resembled the photo of the wig I ordered.
I have a small head and ordered the petite size, but it was much too large, and there is no way I can possibly wear it. After contacting Wigsis and describing the problem, I was told to wash the wig and get a little trim. They said they would not allow a return and refund but would offer a discount on my next order. Even if I paid to have the wig restyled, it could not work.
The wig would have to be completely remade. There will certainly be no next order from me, and I urge others to beware of doing business with this company.
