I ordered a wig from Wigsis. After reading all of the awful reviews, I decided to cancel my order.

Their site says you can cancel an order, and get your refund, if done within 24 hours. I canceled the item on the same day. A week later they send me an email telling me they're shipping my wig the next day. I explained to them that I canceled it the same day the order was placed.

I was told they never got the email. Meanwhile, they're not going to stop the mailing of the wig. They are still sending me the wig even though they've been told to cancel it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have filed a complaint with Paypal, to get my money back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $172.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
