This has got to be the worse company I have ever dealt with online...They sent me the wrong item which I returned, now they're saying they didn't receive it. Want to charge me for it...

Terrible service...I would never frequent that site again or encourage anyone else to do so...The item you order is not the item they send you but expect you to pay them anyway...Still in a dispute trying to prove to them that I returned their item...Their items are very expensive so expect to get a very good item..but no...They don't even send you what you order..It's a shame that companies like this one still try to rip hard working people off in this day and age...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Sent me the wrong wig with the tag loose in the package with correct info.

If I don't get the wig I ordered or a refund of $115.00, I will continue with bad reviews. How dare them switch tags to wig not ordered. I certainly won't recommend to those who have asked about the wig I got from Paula Young. Don'tDD

Worst wig I've ever had

The wig was ordered early March. It was a lace front, so it should have been in the mail in three weeks. I received the wig late April, only after having my payer involved. Absolutely the worst wig I've ever seen in 40+ years. A white cap! No ear holes and nothing like the style I ordered. I put it in a donation box.

I have never used a wig before. I ordered a wig from them with the confidence that I could return it if I did not like it and if it was within 14 days of receipt.

They will not take the wig back. Customer satisfaction has no meaning.

The color or size or style of a wig are going to look different in person compared to the photo you are looking at online. They don't want you to "use" the wing, so once you try it on, it's used. How are you to know if it looks right (for your face shape, coloring etc.) or fits if you don't try it on?

Do not waste your time or money with this company.

It is very stressful to come to the decision to even purchase a wig and to make the leap and purchase it only to find it is not the right color, size , style for you after you have paid quite a bit of money is upsetting. To not be able to return it adds insult to injury.

You can purchase clothes and shoes and return them for the same concerns, but apparently not wigs.

Buying a wig, from this company, is like setting fire to money. I am very frustrated.

I just received my wig last week. I had my hair stylist try to fit it on me. It was decided for several reasons that the wig needs to be returned

The wig doesnt have a Velcro band in back making it almost impossible For me to fasten. Also, my hair is very thin having has COVID. The clips dont stabilize the wig on my head. It is a very heavy wig also so it is necessary that I return it for a refund. Gwen Billips : gwenbillips@***.com
