I ordered a wig in January 7. 6 weeks later I still do not have a wig. I keep getting messages to be patient, there is a problem with the courier. My requests for a refund are ignored. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and with my credit card company.

I ordered the wig in early October, 2019, I received it within weeks after that. I opened the box and didn't even put it on my head. It was neither the color nor style as described or pictured on their website. I immediately contacted them via email and I have been communicating daily since then. Several times, they have tried to get me to keep and said they cannot have it returned. Then they said, go ahead and pick another one, which I did, just to get resolution and now they have moved on to say, I could get a refund of 20% of the $148 that I paid, plus I have to send back to CHINA, which they won't refund postage. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Since, I have looked into this company and found complaint and complaint about the same issues and even several complaints filed with the BBB. I wish I had done more research. The website looks like they know what they are doing. And I guess they do, which is scamming all their customers.

Just like so many other people that I have read about I ordered a wig, paid $142, waited weeks and finally it arrived! Unfortunately it looked like a dark grey dead squirrel!!! NOTHING like what I ordered. Then comes the back and forth emails with "Daisy". They wanted, as of this morning, to refund me $35!!! I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and left a scathing review that was supposed to be forwarded to Wigsis, its just a mess. They should be banned from doing business with the USA. I'll do whatever I can!!

I made an order before seeing all the bad reviews, so i cancelled within some hours. I got 2 mails from them who said the wig was already under construction, and askyng why i cancel and tellig mz the wig would suit me very well. I don t care, they have a cancellation policy of 24h free cancellation and i want a refund No reasons, no explanation, no arguments, just cashback! Please anyone who can give advice?

Contact Better Business Bureau of Grand Rapids MI: They are a terrifically efficient organization who will get right on your complaint and get results: on mine, Wigsis caved within three days and supplied return address with promise of full refund on receipt of the wig. Good luck.

Thanks to Grand Rapids Better Business Bureau, this wigservice company caved and sent me the address to return the product and promised a full refund upon its receipt. I sent it back to China a week ago and expect to hear when it arrives.

Meanwhile, I took someone's excellent advice on PissedConsumer and contacted Mastercard to dispute the charge, and upon further review they reversed it.

So I am not out any money: just time and heavy annoyance! You can probably mark this "resolved," but my advice still is: STAY AWAY from this company!!

These people are TERRIBLE about permitting returns. Wig sent was WRONG STYLE and WRONG COLOR. Their website permits returns within 30 days, but they engage in a string of emails apologizing and cajoling and run out the time. Normal practice would be to provide *** return address, but they won't do that: they caution that the address on shipping label will not receive returns and that anything sent there will not be delivered. I am at wits' end.

I am Annie of Providence and I wrote the "STAY AWAY" review. This is an update.

After nearly daily emails offering token refunds on wig (latest $40 on $183 purchase) I contacted Better Business Bureau of Grand Rapids, MI (whose website for some reason popped up next to me) and they got on it IMMEDIATELY. The same day they contacted Wigsis, the company wrote back, 'We're so sorry you're angry, you must have misunderstood,' and provided the following RETURN ADDRESS with promise to refund full amount on receipt of the wig: Mr. Zhao, Room 521, Building No. 1, ZhongXingCheng, Beiyihuan Road, Yaohai District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China 230011, phone 189********.

GOOD LUCK to everyone still doing battle with this awful company, and I suggest it really helps to get muscle on your side! THANK YOU BBB!

Dont bother waiting for a refund. They will NEVER refund you.

This company is nothing but a scamming RIP off. Do what I did, dispute it with your credit card company or bank as fraud and your money will be refunded. There is no other way to go about this. I'm trying to put this company out of business.

The whole website is made up.

None of the people in the photo work there. Dispute the charge as soon as you can.

I ordered a wig that wasnโ€™t the same color that I ordered. I emailed their customer service and received a response from Olivia. She refused to provide me with an address to refund the wig for a refund. I have no other option at this point but to seek legal action for fraud. Do not purchase anything from them as they have a BBB rating of F.

I went thru a huge ordeal after I received the dead sloth they called a wig...I always go thru Paypal and have an account so when my efforts to get their address and return the wig,,Paypal took over for me and got the address..Had me send it back for $34 and after 2 weeks and it still had not shown up..Paypal reimbursed me for the $250 wig and then reimbursed me for the $34 shipping charge...It pays to have a paypal account so they can do the fighting for you....

I bought through Paypal also, but they say on their website that your credit card issuer could probably get more done. That's who I'm going to today!

I got scammed for $400...too much for someone on a fixed income. We need to fight and have these scammers shut down!

I went to my bank today and they told me I had to go to Paypal first before they could do anything, which I thought was strange. But, I'll do what I have to do to get my money back from these crooks...

The same story that I have seen over and over. I ordered a wig, received something that resembled a rats nest and a totally different color. I had to stop payment to get their attention, and we agreed on a $50 refund without sending back the wig. I have released the funds with my credit card, but I am still waiting for my refund which was $50 on a $114 wig. It has been 30 days since I released the funds...any ideas on what to do next to try to get some of my money back? I also have a pile of e-mails from Molly that are a waste of time.This company is a fraud.
