Company's a scam!!!
This company's supplier or factory is based in China, so it makes it impossible to get a replacement or refund in case of a problem. Buyer beware, the wigs aren't anything like the pictures shown on their website located in Illinois.
They have a 30 day return/refund policy but you have to ship it back to China, and they state if there is a problem getting the package returned, no refund will be issued. You have to pay for the return shipping, with a tracking number, this is extremely expensive.
The main company in Illinois, where you ordered the item from, will not even communicate with you, they just refer you to their supplier in China, *** poor business practices. Avoid this company like poison!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Company offered 20 00 refund. Agreed rather than ship back to China and pass the 14 day return policy.
Did get the 20.00 refund.They only responded after contacted through pissed consumer.
I opted to take 20.00 refund without having to return item via mail to China. By the time it would have arrived the 14 day return policy limit would have been long past.Refund pending as of Sunday Jan. 7th.
Company offered a 20.00 partial refund on 72.00 purchase. Not sure I'll settle.

I purchased a wig Order #:TA230924C4964 and need to return it for a full refund excluding the original shipping cost. I have made several attempts to do this and the replies I have received are Very Unsatisfactory to say the least.
According to the site I should be able to return this wig without a lot of hassle. The wig was as the photo showed (I did order a different color than shown in the photo, but that wasn't the problem!). The style is not a flip up type which this wig is. It is way too much hair, too long as well and I can't use it.
I do not want a refund of $35, but a full refund please!
I can't afford to purchase another wig without get a full refund!
I've read reviews of this company and they are not good!
I should have done that prior to ordering and had I done so I wouldn't have ordered from Wigsis!
This wig is ready to go back in it's original form and packaging and I am waiting for an address to where I can send it.
I would appreciate a satisfactory solution to this issue, which is a full refund of $186.00.
One response I received said 'Now we don't want to make money from you and just want to get your satisfaction"... If this is true then in order to get my satisfaction, you will refund me the $186.00!
PLEASE send me the address to where I can return this wig!

Worst experience with any seller
I ordered 100% human hair wig, made sure color was right,(ordered somewhat brunette wig), made sure seller knew it had to be 100% human hair, as they stated it would be and I got charged for it. It took months to receive.
they sent a "blond wig" and it was SYNTHETIC. Contacted seller, who apologized. I requested full refund as their refund policy stated, THEIR REFUND STATEMENTS ARE FALSE!! they fought me on getting refund and advised shipping UNUSED WIG BACK, WOULD COST ME MORE THAN INITIAL WIG COST..DOWN $155, than they offered a $20 refund//JOKE.
they advised that wigs are made in China and we had to pay for return to China, even though everything was their fault. WORST SCAM COMPANY EVER!!!BUYER BEWARE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND REPUTABLE COMPANY...HOPE THIS KEEPS SOMEONE FROM BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY...

Need to return wig. The color doesn’t look like on your website. Doesn’t look any where close to my other wiga
I was sent the wrong wig as it looks NOTHING like what I ordered. The color is not a blend of dark and blonde hair, it’s way to long.
I need shoulder length. I ordered a Jaclyn Smith human hair that was curly and shoulder length. I DO NOT want this wig. It offers nothing for me.
Tell me how to return it for refund. Strange, there was no paper work with this wig. The wig doesn’t even fit my head! It’s useless to me.
Give me a refund and we’ll go from there. I will also notify my bank of fraudulent activity if this isn’t resolved. My experience has been most unpleasant.
Not only do I have alopecia strata, but I am in a wheelchair to boot. Glad to be 82, but I don’t need hassles in my life!
